Canada Goldenrod (Solidago Canadensis)
Late-season golden plumes bloom in late summer and fall, while the young leaves and flowers can be used to make a mild, slightly sweet tea rich in antioxidants. This prairie native provides critical late-season nectar for pollinators and has been traditionally used for herbal tea blends and as a natural dye plant.
